As one of the most popular attachments for the Powertec FID Utility Bench, the Leg Lift attachment is designed to provide a precise range of motion and comfort. This add-on attachment targets your quadriceps and hamstrings, enhancing your lower body workouts. It features 3 height adjustments and six padded foam cushions for maximum comfort. The Leg Lift attachment can also be used as a leg holder for sit-ups, thanks to its locking feature. The starting weight of the attachment, when unloaded, is 2.25kg (5lb).
