At Online Fitness Equipment, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Equipment

  Carefully disassemble the equipment if necessary and pack it in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals, bolts, and accessories are included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; please note that large freight items may require a scheduled pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit at our warehouse, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
