Our Standard Barbells Bar are made of steel and plated with a layer of chrome. A steel core ensures that the bars are strong, while the chrome plating is an industrial finish to prevent or delay rusting. Come in three different lengths, our barbells are suitable for a wide variety of workouts. A 1.2m bar is suitable for bicep curls and overhead presses, while the 1.5m and 1.8m bars are perfect for bench presses and squats.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

● Item sold as single piece.

● Please ensure that the hole diameter of your existing weight plates (if not purchased from us) is slightly larger than 25mm. 
● Returns/refunds will not be entertained if your existing weight plates are not compatible with our bar.
● The spin collar should be tighten just sufficiently such that it presses firmly against the weight plates. Over-tightening the spin collars may cause the rubber grip to collapse.
